1. All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than our own error in processing or shipping your order.

3. Reporting a Discrepancy:

   • Include clear photos of the item(s) received, along with a description of the error.

4. Return Approval and Process:

   • If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the return process.
   • Returned item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging.

5. Refund or Replacement:

   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Shipping Costs:

   • We will cover the cost of return shipping for items we have mistakenly shipped. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   • Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed when shipped to third-party pickup locations, lockers, or packaging stations.

7. Processing Time:

   • Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
